We are busy producing the tender bedding crop. There is no hurry to plant out. We used to say mid-May was about as early as you could risk planting out around here – later if you are in a frost pocket – but the weather has gone a bit mad lately. Either way, plants that have been put out later in warmer weather will do much better than plants that have been put out early and have had to endure cold nights.
As promised in our last newsletter, our full plant list is now available to view on our website. You can view by categories and there’s an excel of the plants so if you want to sort in a particular way, eg the climbers by colour, then just download a copy and sort…
