It is all too easy to lose favourite plants in this weather. Here’s a link to an excellent article written a couple of years ago by the RHS which we thought you’d be interested to read. In addition, consider too:
- if your glasshouse freezes and we then get a sunny day, remember to open the vents to let your plants thaw out slowly;
- water your evergreens in pots when the ground is not frozen. If we get frost when the plant is dry, there’s more chance of losing it.
